The fees for the conference are the following:  

*SED: Swiss Ecohydraulics Day
Registration under the “SED participant” category grants access only to the Swiss Ecohydraulics Day (Thursday one-day ticket) and does not include access to the full ISE 2026 conference.

Please note:

ISE Registration Fees Include

• Gala dinner at the Olympic Museum (including museum access, apéro, and dinner)

• Welcome ceremony apéro

• Coffee breaks during the conference

• Lunches on the EPFL campus during the conference

• Participation in the Swiss Ecohydraulics Day (SED) (Thursday, 20 August)

Important Information

• A maximum of two presentations per registered attendee is allowed.

• All speakers must be registered in order to access the conference platform and present their work.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and reimbursment is possible on the following basis :

• CHF 50.00 fees until 16th of June 2026
• CHF 100.00 fees from 17th of June until 16th of July 2026
• No reimbursment possible less than 1 month before the event

Refunds will be made in the following ways :

• For payments received by credit cards, the same credit card will be refunded
• For bank transfer payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee named on the account

Please note: for payments received by bank transfer from outside Switzerland, the refund will be made by bank transfer – all bank charges payable by the recipient.
