There is no official presentation template for the conference.

Duration & Timing

• Standard talk (15 minutes total): 12 min presentation + 3 minutes for questions and changeover to the next speaker.
• Please respect the time limit when you design your slides and plan your delivery accordingly; session chairs will enforce timing strictly.

Slide Format & File

• Aspect ratio: 16:9 (widescreen).
• Accepted file formats: PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX) and PDF.
• Embedded media: Kindly ensure all videos/animations are saved as part of the file and tested on a Windows PC.

On-site Technical Check

• Presenters are strongly encouraged to visit their Session Room at least 15 minutes before their session, to shortly introduce themselves to the Session Chairs, upload and review their presentation.
• A backup copy of your presentation on a USB drive (formatted under FAT32 for compatibility) is strongly recommended.
